ConSep Flex Magnetic Bed Chip Conveyor with Coolant Filtration

The ConSep® Flex all-in-one chip conveyor and coolant cleaning system combines three chip removal technologies in one compact package:

  • Hinged steel belt conveyor for removing most chips and turnings
  • Drag (scraper) conveyor to remove fine chips and swarf
  • Magnetic bed to attract ferrous fines (such as cast iron) for removal by scraper
In addition, the system includes the proven self-cleaning drum filter of the ConSep product family for cleaning the coolant to 50 µm or better (in the cast of ferrous fines) to deliver the following benefits:
  • Extend coolant and tool life, reducing your operating costs
  • Reduce tank cleanout frequency, improving your machine tool availability

ConSep Conveyor with Coolant Cleaning

For applications not involving ferrous fine chips or swarf, the ConSep system is a suitable choice for providing chip removal and clean coolant at the machine tool.

MagSep Conveyor System

For dedicated cast iron or other fine-generating ferrous machining processes, the MagSep scraper conveyor provides good coolant cleaning and swarf removal.

AT-Cleaner Coolant Cleaning System

For further gains in coolant cleanliness to 10 µm for demanding applications or extended coolant life, the AT-Cleaner system provides media-free filtration right at the conveyor, saving on floor space and media costs.

High-Pressure Coolant Systems

High-pressure coolant systems from Mayfran are typically integrated to the coolant tank, resulting in significant space savings and reduced complexity at the machine tool.
